How to avoid capturing specific pieces of user data

Hi,

We have intercom messaging via our web app (react application with intercom/messenger-js-sdk). We’d like to log in our user so we can retain conversations with them, but we don’t want to track their location or page views, is there a way to stop collecting this information?

Thanks!

Hey there @Jules Carney, Emily here from Support Engineering 👋🏼

It is not currently available for customers to disable themselves, but these can indeed be disabled upon request by our team! And I can see you already opened up a conversation with Kyle who enabled these feature flags in your workspace for you 😁

Glad to see you got help from Kyle there on that one! 💪🏼
