Hello @mittali, If development workspace appears in bottom of Intercom messenger, that means that you are using Intercom development workspace. If you want to get normal (Paid) workspace, you can signup directly from Intercom.com

I would like to get rid of Development workspace appearing in bottom of messenger. Please guide me thru this. Currently I have just mentioned app_id of my account. But I am unable to understand why we are getting development workspace.
