Messenger widget doesn't show on small screen (Firefox)

I found that when using Firefox with smaller screen size (tablet and mobile view), the messenger widget does not show up like desktop. Not only on my application, but also any website that use Intercom.

My current environment:

OS: macOS 14.6.1
Browser: Firefox 131.0 (aarch64)
