Notifications on the iOS application do not work when minimizing the chat window with the button

If you close the chat window by swiping down, notification IntercomUnreadConversationCountDidChange arrive just fine, as does the window with a new message. If you minimize the chat window by clicking on the button, the notification does not work, as does the window with a new message.
