I am able to update my support profile image, but can I update the floating/clickable chat icon that displays in my website? It’s currently the little text bubble icon/graphic. I would like it to be my profile image so my site users understand that they can click there and reach me.

If you have “Messages Premium”, you can change the launcher symbol (that’s what the icon is called).Aside from that, if your users are somewhat familiar with the internet, they will know that they can click on the bubble to start a chat.
