When I post something it used to show up automatically to the users. Now i see that it is getting queued up as messages and the user need to go to the message queue and click on that new message for the post to show up on the portal. 

Is this something changed in intercom, that changed its behavior? our portal users do not click on messages that often and am afraid they will miss the posts we publish for them. Did someone else see this behavior?

@Larissa Alberti @raj I am also having this happen.  It’s happening in our test environment so unsure if that’s the reason.  But was there any discovery about this?  Basically the post is not popping up immediately, it’s coming in almost like a chat message they have to then click on to SEE the full popup, and they also have the option to “clear” that message which is undesirable.  we need them to see it, and be interrupted by it.


@Larissa Alberti I did notice (b/c I set it to appear every TIME I go to the page, for testing purposes) that the subsequent visits DO popup immediately.  only on the first visit did it get buried as a message that I had to click to open the entire post.
