Why cant my customers open multiple conversations? They only see the option to see all conversations?

Does your team have the prevent duplicates setting enabled?

Screen Shot 2022-08-11 at 1.00.09 PMWith this setting on users will only be able to have one open conversation at a time. You can find and toggle this off in your Messenger Settings under control your inbound volume.
