We currently have 4 users on using different browsers - predominately Chrome and Microsoft Edge. All Notification preferences are set, however, are beep alert is very sporadic - some days works all day for new chats and then silence.... have looked for a multitude of options - incl.updating/refreshing the browser - anyone have this issue and now of a fix?

Hello @user333, Make sure you unchecked Browser notification for"Unassigned" and "Assigned to any of your teams".This setting can be found Profile -> Your account -> Notification
