We currently have 4 users on using different browsers - predominately Chrome and Microsoft Edge. All Notification preferences are set, however, are beep alert is very sporadic - some days works all day for new chats and then silence.... have looked for a multitude of options - incl.updating/refreshing the browser - anyone have this issue and now of a fix?

Make sure you unchecked Browser notification for"Unassigned" and "Assigned to any of your teams".
This setting can be found Profile -> Your account -> Notification

No joy unfortunately. seems to be so sporadic - sometimes we get the beeps other times we dont. Pop ups are working well for me but not the other 3 users. We are all working from home due to Covid at the moment - they remote in but Im on VPN. The only thing I can think of its something from our side is disrupting the beeps :(
