Hi,

Intercom iOS SDK has a layout issue with the navigation bar on iPad on several screens in Intercom Messenger.

 

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Present Intercom Messenger on the iPad.
  2. Ensure that you have several conversations. Tap “See all your conversations" and open the list of conversations.
  3. Observe the corrupted navigation bar in the Conversation list screen. See the attached screenshot 2.
  4. Open any conversation and make the keyboard visible.
  5. Observe the corrupted navigation bar. See the attached screenshot 3.

 

Additional info:

 

  • reproduces only on the iPad platform
  • reproduces on the previous and the latest Intercom SDK versions
  • reproduces on the previous and the latest iOS versions

This is a known issue on our end and our team is currently working to get this fixed. Could you please reach out to us via the Messenger so we can add your case to the report? Just make sure to inform the open issue name "Navigation Banner cut off on iPad". Once we add the conversation to the open issue report, any updates made will generate a notification and we'll be able to notify you once it's fixed.
