Hi,

Using the mobile SDK and I have a singular user (at least reported) that gets this screen upon selecting the Intercom button. It happens all the time and is not intermittent (reported at least). Is there anyway to know what is going on here? Without being able to debug locally (I don't have access to their account) I don't even know where to start or if there is a way I can intercept the logs that Intercom might be publishing when its not local

Hey @jason p, apologies for the delay in getting back to you here. I'd recommend contacting our Support team through the Messenger in your Intercom workspace about this - they'd be best placed to help you debug here.
