Hello, Intercom Community.I would like to create a Series that would use the combination of posts and pushes.The desired outcome1) user is entering the series2) we are waiting for some time and sending the POSTIF the post IS delivered (user was online), we will wait for another period of time and will send another post (of course, if the exit rules were not triggered)IF the post IS NOT delivered, we will send a push notification3) we will wait for another period of time and repeat post->push with the other messages On the screenshot you can see the draft. I would like to clarify a couple of things.If the post IS NOT delivered (user was not online), we are sending the push. Ideally user is clicking on it and opens the APP. WILL the previously send post be delivered since the user visited the platform? Or since we moved from the post to the push, Series will not send previously planned Post?If the post is not delivered and user did not enable Push Notifications or don't use the m

We have some automated behaviors in our application that should preferably not run during the product tour. I'd like to be able to append "?producttour=1" in the URL so we can deactivate some functionalities in the code. Is that something that's possible or that will eventually be? Thank you

I want to send a post message to our users as soon as they log into the app or the web. Basically, for it to pop-up as they log in, if possible.I'm confused about how to make the filters accurate to that criteria: Does putting "time on current page = 1 second" cover it? Or do I need to follow that with our homepage URL maybe? Any other tips are welcome :), I'm still figuring things out.Thanks!

Hi everyone! Trying to set my first series live, but when I press the button "Set live" my entry rule shows me the message "finish editing your changes". Then I see popup - how many customers will be in my audience when I start the series, I press "OK" and ... get the notification (red block on top of the page) - "The audince is invalid" 0_o My series is very simple, I did it by template, and all changes have finished. How I can fix that??

Example: If a user requests a booking with a plumber. We automatically send him a confirmation with his Name, Date requested and plumbing service details selected etc... This could be sent by mail, push or both.

We want to send our welcome campaign from the account manager assigned.  So far, I've duplicated the campaign and adjusted the sender, but it's tough to scale and manage with our growing number of account managers.  Is there a better way? Maybe now that we migrate to Series? 🙏

I build my product tour and when I get to stage 5, or add another step, it says that the URL doesn't match and the site can't be loaded.  The challenge for us is that we built our portal via Stacker (a 3rd party front end linking with airtable) and to get intercom on our site, we added the code that was generated and sent it to the guys for them to load on. It appears that there may be an issue with how it's configured?  Can anyone assist?

This is in case of series where I'd like users to not receive product tours in succession.

Hi,I'm building my product's onboarding using series. I found that product tours doesn't work on mobile, so I want to show mobile users a post/chat instead of the tour. Is this a good practice? Is there a better way for matching mobile/desktop users than checking OS prop? Thanks 

When and how does a customer enter a Series?

 I also experienced a couple of issues trying to open other tabs too. Got the "We are experiencing some issues" message a couple of times. There is no information about this issue in the status page. I tried all possible scenarios - reseting cache/cookies, trying different browsers, different connection, incognito tab - same outcome.

Hey 👋 ,We want to build a tips and tricks campaign for users based on their usage with our product. The issue is that I can't write all the tips I want now, my thought was to start with a few and to add more tips messages along the way. The problem with that is that users that exited the campaign will not have the option to receive the new messages.  What do you think? Do you have a workaround for that? Thanks :)

Here's my initial list: Ability to cross link between Series. For example, when someone completes a series, be able to send them to another series.Ability to use links/buttons in a message to branch to multiple next outcomes. For example, if user clicks button A they go to tour A; if they click B they go to tour B.Ability to create tags that are assigned to users based on specific actions within a message (i.e., not just "clicked a link" but according to which link they clicked.

Hello, Intercom community. I have an issue with moving the existing auto-messages to the campaign. For some reason they just don't have this option The type of the message is Post

I have created my first series, added Entry rules (to match a user segment) and added a post to be delivered to those matching the rules. I must have been doing something wrong because users where moved from "started" straight to "Disengaged". I know I am missing something, but what? I am attaching a screenshot of my series below. I was so thrilled when I saw Series came out because I think the functionality is great! I only wish I could use them! 

Is there a way to get aggregate stats for emails (e.g. open rate, click rate, etc.). Other than clicking on an individual email, I don't see any other way to get stats.

I'd ideally like followups to occur in an existing thread, making it a more conversational automation. I'm seeing options for creating a new email, but I would like to be able to set the Series as a reply to an existing conversation rather than a new email. Any suggestions? Or even external workarounds?

When exactly will Campaigns be deprecated and replaced with series? On top of that, are rules from existing campaigns copied to series in exactly the same way?

I want to manually remove a user from a Series/smart campaign, how do I do this?

When and how does a customer exit a Series?
