Asking on behalf of the user 👉 “Is it on the Road Map to allow required fields for Tickets Creation in Workflows?”

To enforce all the fields to be filled out for users creating tickets, go to your ticket settings, find the ticket you are using, and set the fields to required by clicking the pencil edit icon and ticking the checkbox. 🚀
