How can I get the content data for a user via API or SDK?

To retrieve content data for a user via API, you can use the Intercom API to read or create any user or company data. Specifically, you can use it to export user data or to interact with user data programmatically. Here are the steps you can follow:

  • Use the CSV Export feature to export user or company data.
  • Alternatively, use the API to read or create user or company data.
  • Then you can use the Events API to read or create event data for the User

Note that some data, such as one-off, ongoing messages and assignment rules, cannot be extracted via these methods and will require manual re-creation.
