I am able to use the tools to specify the URL and add tour steps to test the feature, but the preview does not show up. I’ve tried changing the audience, even making it available to everyone (Users, Visitors, and Leads), but the preview still does not display. Is there perhaps a setting on my user profile, a permission or role, that needs to be adjusted?
Many times when there is an issue with the Product Tour not launching at all, it can be due to issues with the CSS selectors being used for your Product Tour steps. I’ve gone ahead and escalated this question with the Support team as a conversation so that they can take a closer look and confirm what this issue might be here!
