I am trying to create a prouct tour but I am unable to edit it because i only see the preview the first time, then nothing.

How can I, for testing be sure it is displayed every time in my Intercom dashboard?

Could you ensure you are properly saving the Product Tour.
To do so you need to click "Save & Close" and save at the top of the window.


To ensure your product tour shows up every time for testing:

1. Clear user history or use incognito mode for repeated previews.
2. Create a test segment to limit the tour to specific users.
3. Double-check the triggers and conditions for displaying the tour.
4. If needed, consult Intercom support for further troubleshooting.
