Fin’s ability to understand content is great for support but we are wondering if we can use it for acquisition on the public website also. It seems like it could short cut creating and managing lots of individual custom questions etc. which could be valuable for small teams. The idea would be to train it on various website pages and also PDF type content. Not sure how we could have it pursue a goal of booking demo/signing up rather than “resolving” a question.

The AI Answer, doesn’t currently send Demo or Meeting scheduling apps, but you can use our regular Workflows for sending such apps. Below you can see a simple example of such a Workflow.

You can also insert the AI Answer tool into these workflows as well if you wanted. You would use the ‘Let Fin Answer’ option when selecting the step.
