How can I create a chart showing the number of users versus the number of tickets in the Intercom tool?

To create a single report with multiple charts in Intercom, you should start by adding a chart to your report and then continue to click on "add chart" for each additional chart you want to include. Once you have added all the desired charts, you can save them as a single report.

 

If you want to create a custom report with specific charts, you cannot directly add pre-existing charts from other Intercom reports. However, you can create new charts from scratch in your custom report that focus on similar data and metrics as the ones in the pre-existing reports. When creating these charts, you have several types to choose from, including KPI, column, bar, donut, line, area, heatmap, and table charts. For example, a column chart allows you to break down the data by various attributes or metrics in Intercom, and you can define how many of the top groups to show.
