Currently, In Intercom it's not yet possible to track how much time the agent was on Away mode or answered the chats.
I'm requesting the following report long time, hope the Intercom product team will catch your feedback. @Product Wishlist
Meantime you can use any time tracking feature software to get the following report.

Yeah, I understand. It is basically necessary for us so I was hoping that maybe somebody had a workaround 😃 I’d be interested in looking in to any kind of app connection/api solution for this, but I might have to just realize this is not something we can get from Intercom as of today 😢
