I want to be able to follow up on how much online time the team has. I have tested the activity log, but this only lists when somebody logs in and out and would be way to manual. Ideally I would be able to see how many hours a person is away (based on the chats openings hours).
So maybe somebody else has a good solution to share?

Currently, In Intercom it's not yet possible to track how much time the agent was on Away mode or answered the chats.
I'm requesting the following report long time, hope the Intercom product team will catch your feedback. @Product Wishlistā
Meantime you can use any time tracking feature software to get the following report.

Yeah, I understand. It is basically necessary for us so I was hoping that maybe somebody had a workaround š Iād be interested in looking in to any kind of app connection/api solution for this, but I might have to just realize this is not something we can get from Intercom as of today š¢
