How to report on touchpoints?

I am trying to report on the number of touchpoints (average) that a segment of customers receives in a specific time period - the type of data displayed on a Contact Record under "recent content" + conversations.

Intercom's Recent Content (called Receipts on their internal API) is not available to be scraped or reported on. This endpoint is not available for API consumption.

 

It's not possible to directly report on every single Outbound message you've sent to a customer without viewing their profile within Intercom itself. You can however see the effectiveness of a given message by browsing to the Views tab in an Outbound message.
