A teammate has not received her invitation email, but I can't resend the invite or delete the invite sent by our boss in order to resend it. Is there a way to fix this?

Here is what she told me specifically regarding this: "I still have not received an invitation from Intercom. ------ tried sending it again yesterday (several times) and nothing. I've tried signing in (using the work email that the invite was sent to) and it says the account doesn't exist."

It might be a good idea to have your colleague try the following steps 👇🏼


-A hard refresh (Command + Shift + R on a Mac, or Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows)

-Clearing your cache and disabling extensions

-Testing in an incognito browser (Command + Shift + N on Mac, or Ctrl + Shift + N on Windows)

-Testing a different browser to the one that you’re using

-Testing an alternative wifi network or from a personal hotspot on a mobile phone


If they can't see the email in their emails then ask if they've checked their 'spam folder' - if it's still not there; it might be a shout to pop onto the messenger and reach out to us with their email address so we can check if the email was/wasn't sent or if your colleague is on our bounce list 🚀
