Hi all,

We've added an outbound seat, but when I try to publish something it, Intercom says I don't have permission to outbound.

When I try to give myself the sit (I'm my organization's admin), I get an error that I can manage my own permissions.

How am I supposed to grant myself access to the new features?

I would suggest reaching out to their support team, as it would be better for them to check your specific permissions and so on, to provide more personalised solution
