Can I restrict teammates from reassigning conversations?

in the past there were control on permissions mean not all users can get access to the inbox 

now I see all the users can access 

 

pulse is there any way to prevent assigning the conversation to the teammate but still can have access to inbox

Hey @user281​ ! With the new system, all teammates with Intercom login will have access to Inbox. Of course you can restrict the permission to reassign the conversation. Here is an article to show you how to restrict teammates access and permission
