Hi there! 👋 If you're referring to changing the email domain from @examply.intercom-mail.com to your own domain (i.e. @examply.com) this can easily be achieved on this page of the Settings.

You'll need to have your domain correctly authenticated with Intercom for this to fully work. This article can help you with that.
