How do I setup an automatic message to warn customers that we're no longer online, but on open conversations?

There are a few of my customers who like do reopen conversations outside office hours, so I want to warn them that we're no longer online.

We do have a new out of office email reply (it's in Beta) you'll find it under Settings > Email > Auto Reply. You can set up an email auto reply to automatically notify people that you won't be able to get back to them right away. When people send you an email message, they'll receive a response containing what you've written in your email auto reply. Would this help your use case?
