Color me confused!
I asked a question “Error: This site can't be reached”’ The problem turned out to be a custom-domain issue, then figured it out and posted the solution.
In the original question, I was thinking the problem might have resulted in overflowed-text in the article descriptions,
That wasn’t the problem, thankfully. And Jacques was nice enough to respond to that part of the (ticket?).
However, Jacques was commenting on the size of the title, while I was talking about the description field.
I want to continue that conversation, but:
- The “View Reply” link in the email fails with the error “Something has gone wrong”:
https://gksnghh0.r.eu-west-1.awstrack.me/L0/https:%2F%2Fcommunity.intercom.com%2Ftopic%2Fshow%3Ftid=8032%26postid=24500/1/010201926c78ccba-0289921c-e18b-43b6-a9fd-d90ebab19548-000000/FsxCGG2SGB9uPYZP9MQ54ruEHzo=394
- I see my Avatar in the page I get to, with the numbers I’m used to seeing under it,
so I know I’m logged in. But for some reason the link is failing.
- Under my Avator icon, I see only one “new topic” item.
When I visit the page, it’s a different question.
Questions:
- How/where do I find the reply Jacques left me?
- Why is the View Reply link failing?
- Assuming that he was responding to a support ticket of some kind,
is it possible to include a list of those along with topics, replies, and
other stuff under the Avatar icon?
