No link to a question I asked. It got an email response, but the "See Reply" link fails

Color me confused!

I asked a question “Error: This site can't be reached”’ The problem turned out to be a custom-domain issue, then figured it out and posted the solution.

In the original question, I was thinking the problem might have resulted in overflowed-text in the article descriptions, 

That wasn’t the problem, thankfully. And Jacques was nice enough to respond to that part of the (ticket?).

However, Jacques was commenting on the size of the title, while I was talking about the description field.

I want to continue that conversation, but:

Questions:

  • How/where do I find the reply Jacques left me?
  • Why is the View Reply link failing?
  • Assuming that he was responding to a support ticket of some kind,
    is it possible to include a list of those along with topics, replies, and
    other stuff under the Avatar icon?

The reason the link didn’t work is that for some reason the system automatically placed this conversation in the pending category for review and approval.
