unacceptable quality of the Intercoms support team work

Greetings! 

I can't get the support team to add an additional option News feed/ News center for the Messenger to my subscription. No one from the team has been able to solve my question for a month. Is it a rocket science? 

Why the users сant activate the necessary options on their own by a click of a button, after which the money will be automatically debited from the account?

I noticed that you’ve started several conversations in the past 20 hours. I can see that all of them are being processed. Just to set your expectations we are not  offering a live support - the conversation are being handled asynchronously as fast as we can respond to them.

I totally see where you are coming from and I will mark it as a Feature Request for our engineers to tackle.
