Is it possible to display an NPS survey in multiple languages within a single survey, based on the user's language? We would like to have a consolidated overall NPS, but to achieve this, the text needs to be shown in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, depending on the user. If we create separate messages, we will need to extract and calculate the NPS outside of Intercom.

Hey @ls.samue 👋

Intercom does not currently support displaying a single NPS survey in multiple languages based on the user's language. To achieve multilingual surveys, you need to create separate surveys for each language you intend to support. This means that if you want to have an NPS survey in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, you will have to create three different surveys.

After collecting the responses, you will need to extract and calculate the overall NPS outside of Intercom as you said, as we do not consolidate the results of separate surveys into a single NPS score. I would recommend you to create a workflow for each language you want to serve your content in and target each workflow to its desired audience with the 'Detected Language' attribute. This approach is necessary because Intercom's workflows, including NPS surveys, are based on the language of the user, and there is no built-in feature to automatically translate a single survey into multiple languages.

Hope this helps!
