Hi, 

I just created a survey, and tested it (so there’s at least one click / answer)

Yet, I don’t get any statistics on the survey page. I was wondering why?

  • Is there a timebox before I can access the results?
  • Maybe I don’t have the rights and need to ask someone else / an admin at my company?
  • Maybe I did something wrong in my survey setup?

Just to clarify, when you say Survey page, do you mean this page here?

Or in the Reports section?

I can take 5-10 minutes for those Survey stats to update in your Intercom workspace here

If it’s still not showing after ten minutes, I would say reach out to our Support team so they can dig into things and figure out what might be going wrong!
