What is the Root cause column?

Hi there!

 

Would anyone happen to know what this refers to?

Hey ​@Blue Flag , it seems like “Support Request” is the name of the ticket and “Root cause” is its attribute. That is the predefined ticket in Intercom and you have probably set it live.
