I am Emmanuel Katto from Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) wanted to discuss the possibility of prioritizing unanswered chats by bringing them to the top for a specific duration. Do you think this could be beneficial?

I'd love to hear your suggestions or any ideas you might have on how we could implement this effectively.

I don’t believe this is possible, but it is a very good idea!

I would love to bring it to the R&D as a feature request to see if this is something they can implement.


Maybe you reate a separate tab or view for "Unanswered Chats" so that agents can switch to this list 

And you can also use this workflow
