I've been killing my brain thinking about a workaround for this, so maybe someone can help me:
My agents are dedicating much time to create Jira issues, so I've been trying to find a way to automate that proccess. The Intercom for Jira or Jira for Intercom integration doesn't work for us because every new issue associates to the person who connected the integration, and not to the agent who registered. Also we can't fill every custom field from Intercom in that way.
I tried using Zapier but I can't get all the information I need to create a new issue:
- People data
- Company data
- Conversation data
