Sending templated emails one-off to a specific person

Every now and then I would like to bring up a customer and send one specific person a specific templated email announcement. I can of course start a conversation with the customer via email from within intercom, and perhaps use macros, but then it will be quite a basic bland email.

So basically: is there any way of easily sending one of our beautiful custom email templates as a one-off to a specific person? (so not using rules, series, etc)

Thanks

Hi. I'm not sure if this will be a perfect fit, but here are a few ideas

1) Create an outbound message with all the beautiful content of yours that will be sent to a person once the person is tagged. Tag a person in 2 clicks and wait for them to receive the template

2) Use macros. You can put pretty much anything in there. https://www.intercom.com/help/en/articles/5050411-creating-and-using-macros/p>

Thanks! I just realized that the macros send emails using our custom templates when initiating a conversation (had only tested with replies before, which doesn't use our template).

So macros solve the issue basically.
