Hello. How can I get an overview / report that shows an overview of the number of mail waiting longest? I want an overview of the number of emails that have been waiting for 6 days, 5 days, 4 days, etc.

I see you have already got in touch with our Support team on that.
"We don't currently have a report that can generate this info. I can see how having this option available would be useful though, so I can definitely forward this onto the product team as a feature request for you and you can also request it over at @Product Wishlist . The closest report available to this would be through a custom report and using the handling time metric"
