Anyone here has access to Inbox beta? How's the performance & layout feeling up to date?

Hey @mark b13​, there should be a green link in the bottom left hand corner of the Inbox which you can click to request access?

Already did the day of "New At Intercom" - Did not get news since then though

I have access, it's pretty nice. Lots of little quirks to iron out, but it's good.

The performance is great. Scrolling to the top of a very long convo is now super fast

What are you finding most beneficial about the new Inbox, Marc?
