Multi-brand functionality for Help Center and Articles.

Hello where can I find the updates for this? Can anyone give me a description of what this feature is in its entirety and when will this come out?

 

To my understanding , can we setup multiple help centers for one workspace?

That’s correct! Our multiple Help Centers feature is still being fine-tuned, with a small group of beta customers but Teammates will be able to create multiple Help Centers and manage them within a single workspace. These additional Help Centers are fully featured and largely independent from the initial Help Center. We do not have any public documentation on this quite yet, although I’m happy to hear you are interested! I suggest keeping an eye on our Product Updates!
