Now about the problem: It seems you haven't created a CNAME record for "motilaloswal-help.smallcase.com".

Do we need to create a cname entry? Cloudfront origin domain is custom.intercom.help?

Works in incognito chrome, but gives the same error when tried in normal mode. Can you please help here? We have to go live, and this is being a blocker. error message: This custom.intercom.help page can’t be found

@shikha d​ It's working for me. Did you fix it in the meantime? If it's still not working for you in normal windows, try deleting your browser cookies and cache.

Yeah, Agree with @kevin b​ , Clear the browser cache and it will start working.
