Personalization of the Onboarding - Specific message based on missing elements our website

I am wondering if it is possible to personalize our onboarding process of new Customers showing them a post or a product tour in case they skipped a part of the process and did not fill the information.

 

For example: missing photo, I can send them a post to warn them about this.

 

How this can be done? I know I should segment my audience, but I need to import the image_id of our website as a custom attribute for that specific customer?

Hey @user1204​ ! You are spot on, you need to segment the users or tag the users who have not filled in the information. For that you need to identify them. You can import the image_id for the users using CSV import or update the value of the attribute using REST API if that would suit you. Here is an article on that. Once you have updated the data, you can send personalised POST message or tours with the attribute in your message.
