I intalled intercom inside react app by copy pasting the javascript code insde the head tag as suggested in the documentation. But it is added as iframe in the page .But in the below docuement say install directly not as js code.

It looks like you've linked to a Product Tour help article here, are you running into issues with a Product Tour triggering because the installation is within an iframe? The only way to resolve the Messenger being installed in an iframe is by removing it from the iframe. This would be completely set up on your end, within your site code.
