Hello Fellow Intercom Hosts


We have tried all the top line customer support solution and always had our eye on Intercom, 2024 we are in. 

May we all have success in the New Year. 

So far only 1st day using Intercom but enjoying our onboarding and the startup flow is quite nice. 

Almost NYE!

The new pricing model made sense for us - simple 39 per month per user for a basic plan that checks off what we need and budget priced for us. We only needed 1 seat for now, so that is what we were waiting for.  What kept us away for a couple of years  is the prior pricing:

The last time we checked, Intercom had four plans (well, at the bare minimum…). As of now, Intercom offers three main pricing packages: Starter – $74/month (annual subscription, 2 seats, but if you choose to pay monthly – it’s $89/month), Pro – $395/mo (5 seats), and Premium with extremely custom pricing (few surprises here). We’ll get to that later.
