It's great to meet a fellow fluffy animal enthusiast! I grew up in a house with a bunch of cats (and my parents and my sister, not just with the cats haha) so I am totally used to being around four-legged creatures all the time.

My go-to hot drink is certainly caramel rooibos tea. I cannot even begin to explain how much I love that beverage 😅

Wonder if you can help me, Im trying to set up a flow within integromat, and have tested it with a couple of existing users but to no avail, is this set up correctly (Convert lead to user)

We tried to recreate the scenario on our end and got the error:

The operation failed with an error. [400] User email, user_id or id must be supplied when merging with an existing user. In our case, it was caused by missing the lead’s email address. I'm guessing that would not be your case.

Could you please share a screenshot of the error message? It might give us more insight into what went wrong 😊

So we investigated this and it seems the output fields of the webhook are wrong on our end. We'll report the bug asap and thanks for bringing our attention to it 🙂

However, this is how you'd go about solving this:

In reality, all the lead's information can be found under 'data' so what you'll need to do is remap all the mappings.
