Question for the group - Is there a help desk email account where we can send screenshots of issues that we are having within Intercom to get more assistance than is available on the chat?

Intercom team has this email address: team@intercom.com
However, I would suggest going with the chat as the email address is usually used for the incidents reporting as far as I know.
