I’m Brett Rush, previously the Director of Customer Experience for Frame.io, developing CX with every aspect of Intercom. Adobe acquired Fio in 2021 and I worked in Support Operations learning how a Fortune 500 support organization operates.
Now, I provide CX consulting and process implementation for early-stage SaaS startups and rapid-growth SaaS companies. I’m looking forward to being part of this community, again!
