Are conversation attributes exposed to webhooks?

Is there a way to get the priority field in conversation objects from webhooks? I could not find a topic for it in the list nor do I get the field as a 'by the way' from any of the other webhooks.

Hello @asaf s 👋,

In which Priority field are we talking about? Priority conversation or Priority in conversation attribute?

Priority Conversation is the following:

Priority in Conversation attribute:

If you are talking about Priority conversation, it does not appear in Webhooks, that's true. That's why I'm tagging @Product Wishlist group.

"priority": "not_priority"

Quick Workaround on this topic:

Via the Automation rule, you can apply tag and Priority same time - In such way, you can filter Priority based on a tag in the webhook request.

Workaround:

Screen Shot 2021-09-11 at 12.30.48 AMIn your webhook request, filter priority based on the created tag.

I hope this will be helpful until Intercom fixes Priority related webhook issue.

Let me know if you have any other questions on the following case, I will be more than happy to take a deep look 😇

Best,

Roy 😈
