Can I trigger an email based on an event?

We want to track an event, then based on the event triggers an email

 

Step

send an event from REST API

Add a rule on the event in order to trigger an email

check if the user has received the mail

 

is that possible setting a rule in Intercom?

Yes, you can send event to Intercom via JS API or API.

Yes, you can send outbound e-mail, post, chat, banners to users.

Here's how:

> check if the user has received the mail

 

Once you set the following message live, you can track Sent/Delivery/ Fails.
