Insert article into message through api

Yes, you can insert articles into messages using the Intercom API or SDK. If you're looking to trigger an article in the Messenger, you can use the showArticle method from the JavaScript API. This will open the article within the Messenger, and if the Messenger is closed when the method is called, it will open it first. Additionally, you can proactively share articles in messages by using the Article Inserter app. When composing your message content, click the plus sign, select 'App', choose the 'Article Inserter' app, and then search your Help Center to select an article to include in your message.
