Hey @user2356​! Daniel from Customer Support Engineering here &#128295;I don't believe that this is something that can be achieved right now. Custom actions are moreso designed to be used to retrieve data from your own API endpoints and initialise the data in Intercom. We don't currently offer an endpoint that will retrieve an image from a conversation in Intercom. If this is something that you'd like to see implemented in the future, make sure to drop it in our Product Wishlist Group &#128522;
