Semicolon/side panel showing up after the "Need help?" badge

Hi there! We’re using the JavaScript implementation for web as followed on the docs, and we have some users reporting that they are either seeing a semi-colon added on the upper-right corner of the screen, or a full side panel that’s being injected when the “Need help?” badge is being shown. Please see the attached photos for a visual reference.

Is this a bug that you are already on track or have a fix for? We’ve tried trying this to a simple page without any components, but it doesn’t seem to fix the issue. Any intel on this would be very helpful. Thanks!

I’ve created a conversation in Intercom for you. It looks like a bug but I am not sure on which side. I’ve couldn't find any already existing bugs in our backlog.

Our team will investigate the issue and try to suggest the fix.

@mateusz.leszkiewicz I am also seeing this issue in one of our instances where intercom is installed. What was the resolution here and how can i fix this?

The original conversation haven't been resolved due to lack of interaction from the customer.

We’re also seeing this issue on our login page. When the “Need help?” bubble appears, a semicolon also appears on the page beneath our login form, then disappears when the bubble closes.

 

Any progress on resolving the issue?

I tried to reach out via Messenger, and I got this response from Fin. Where can I find the dashboard, or is there a better way?
