Best VOIP integration?

Question

Hey all, I’m curious to see if anyone has experience integrating one of the voip phone apps with Intercom?  Im looking to have a conversation (I’d call it a ticket or otherwise in Zendesk) per voicemail, missed call & text message from my clients.  Thank you :) Dinos
