Does anyone know if it’s possible to connect the Intercom Ticket feature with a JIRA integration? I think this would be a very powerful solution.

Hey @User2463! Oséas here from the Support Engineering team 🕵️As for now, that’s not possible since our Tickets API is still unstable andin beta testing. However, integrations like this might be possible once it is fully working in production.You can already test the unstable version if you want.
