Does anyone know if it’s possible to connect the Intercom Ticket feature with a JIRA integration? I think this would be a very powerful solution.

Hey @User2463! Oséas here from the Support Engineering team 🕵️

 

As for now, that’s not possible since our Tickets API is still unstable and in beta testing. However, integrations like this might be possible once it is fully working in production.
